A Fast Sale do not charge any fees at all. This includes; no HIPS fees and no selling fees. We pay for the valuation and pay for your legal fees.
What if I am not sure if I want to accept your offer straight away?
We understand that your situation may change. All offers stay valid for 28 days.
What is the timescale for exchange and completion?
Under certain circumstances, we can exchange and complete within 24 hours. Otherwise the property sale can take place to suit your desired timescale.
What areas do A Fast Sale buy property in?

I do not need to sell my home straight away, should I still contact you?

Do I need to have a Home Information Pack (HIPS)?
A Home Information Pack is only required when the sale is NOT private i.e. you are selling through an estate agent. Because your sale to us is private, there is no requirement for the Home Information Pack.
Upon completion, when should I leave my property?
That is entirely up to you! We are extremely flexible in every aspect of property buying. Meaning if you require a few weeks to make arrangements for other accommodation we can create a deal with a free rent-back period. Also check out our rent back scheme.
How long does it take for a property sale to take place?
Dependant on the type of service you decide upon, a quick sale can usually be completed in one week, dependant on paperwork and other documentation you can provide to us.
Do I need to get a Solicitor?
Yes. We are able to recommend a solicitor to you or you are welcome to use a solicitor of your choice.
What if I accept your offer and then choose not to go ahead with the sale?
Not a problem! We appreciate that your situation may change for whatever reason. Our offer will remain open for 28 days.
